Wheelchairs 2 Other places you have problems with wheelchairs when you can go out. a lot of older door ways are not big enough for wheelchairs and you scrape, some handicapped bathrooms are just not right. you get in, get your chair in the stall and then there is no room between you, the toilet and your chair and you feel like you could fall. I think when they make those handicapped stall's and all other handicapped places they should really talk with handicaps and see what we really need. try to wash hands the soap dispenser is on the back wall above the sink. how do we reach that? and they put a dryer down for us. and it's to low or two high. now I'm not complaining I just don't think that people really know. I think they try. but they don't realize this. |
